This device fully satisfies all the requirements of JIS C 9607, ISO 7371 and 8187, and IEC 335 2 24, and automarically prints out the data for each test item.
Normally, about six refrigerators are placed into the test chamber at one time, and the following tests are performed:

1.Cooling Speed Test
After the internal temperature of a refrigerator reaches the present environmental temperature, the refrigerator is continuously operated, and the device measures the time until the interior temperature of the refrigerator reaches a specified value.

2.Cooling Capacity Test
A refrigerator is operated at the specified environmental temperature until the interior temperature of the refrigerator stabilizes at the set value.
The freezer compartment temperature is then measured and printed out, together with the start time and stop time.

3.Power Consumption Test
A refrigerator is operated at the specified environmental temperature until the temperatures of the refrigerator and freezing compartments stabilize at the set value.The power consumption is then measured for 24 hours.

4.Input Efficiency Measurement
The input efficiency measurement specified in the IEC requirements is automatically performed and input efficiency is determined.(The mean efficiency value is printed out.)

5.Motor Coil Temperature Measurement
After a stable condition is reached during automatic operation of a refrigerator, the resistanca and temperature of the motor coil are measured and printed out.The refrigerator is operated continuously for four hours at the specified environmental temperature(43℃).Immediately after stopping the refrigerator(within 15 seconds), the temperature and electric resistance measurement values are input into the computer.
